Key Account Manager – Client Relations & Growth

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Key Account Manager to nurture and expand relationships with our most valuable clients, including major e‑commerce platforms such as Amazon and Flipkart. You will act as the primary liaison, ensuring client needs are met while driving revenue growth and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑lasting relationships with key accounts, understanding their objectives and challenges.
• Develop strategic account plans, identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities, and align internal resources to meet client goals.
• Communicate the value proposition of our products, negotiate contracts, and resolve client issues promptly.
• Monitor account performance metrics (revenue, satisfaction, retention) and produce regular reports for stakeholders.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to shape growth strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2‑4+ years of experience in a similar key account or sales role.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software.
• Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite.
