About the role
Vinayak Outsourcing Works Pvt Ltd is hiring junior welders for its steel plant in Rajgangpur, Odisha and for a mechanical unit in Raigarh. The roles involve interpreting designs, preparing materials and performing welding tasks on various metal structures.
Key responsibilities
- Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics and welding symbols to plan layouts.
- Measure, cut, bevel and grind metal parts using saws, plasma cutters or oxy‑acetylene equipment.
- Perform welding operations (arc, MIG, TIG, CO2, etc.) on steel, stainless steel, aluminium and other alloys.
Required profile
- Work experience: 0‑4 years depending on the location.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain quality standards.
