Junior SOC Controller

About the role
Pinkerton is seeking a Junior SOC Controller to support the development and standardisation of security policies and programmes that protect corporate operations. The role involves continuous monitoring of site activities, responding to alarms, and assisting with executive protection and event security.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor CCTV and Access Control systems to ensure site security.
- Respond to intrusion alarms and direct response teams.
- Conduct daily system checks and monitor critical incidents.
- Verify that night‑escort procedures follow TIAA SOPs.
- Support executive protection duties and internal/external events.
- Perform any additional tasks assigned by management.
Required profile
- 2–3 years of experience in a Global Command Centre or similar security operations environment.
- Experience working with global teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with formal security education.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good analytical abilities.
