Junior Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

About the role

The Junior Recruiter will support the talent acquisition function by handling the full recruitment cycle for junior and mid‑level positions. Working closely with department heads and senior HR staff, the role ensures a smooth and efficient hiring process from sourcing to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract junior/mid‑level candidates across manufacturing and engineering functions.
• Collect detailed job descriptions from HODs and directors.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment activities: sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and coordination.
• Enter candidate data into the Smart Office application and maintain accurate records.
• Provide daily updates on interview schedules and status reports to stakeholders.
• Send post‑selection communications, including credential emails and CTC details.
• Obtain CTC approvals from senior HR and directors.
• Assist senior recruiters (Jyotee/Pandey) with various recruitment tasks.
• Prepare weekly reports on interview schedules, hot job postings, and current requirements for senior management.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders (HODs, candidates, senior HR).
• Excellent written communication for candidate correspondence.
• Detail‑oriented with accurate data entry capabilities.
