About the role
We are seeking a reliable Junior Personal Assistant to support day‑to‑day business and administrative activities. The role is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere while collaborating with our Hyderabad‑based team.
Key responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings and appointments.
- Upload and maintain candidate CVs in the CRM system.
- Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks.
- Provide call and communication support as needed.
- Assist with follow‑ups, documentation and miscellaneous tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
Required profile
- Good communication and organizational abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to multitask.
- Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Freshers are welcome; immediate joiners preferred.
