Junior Performance Marketer

About the role

Instainnovate is seeking a curious and analytical Junior Performance Marketer to join its on‑site team in Bhopal. You will support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns for a variety of brands, using data‑driven approaches to drive measurable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise digital advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, Snapchat, Pinterest and emerging channels.
• Research target audiences, competitor activity and customer behaviour to inform media strategies.
• Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate and LTV, and generate performance reports.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters and developers to produce creatives, landing pages and offers.
• Test and iterate on creatives, targeting, and landing page elements to improve results.
• Set up and maintain tracking using Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, GA4 and server‑side solutions.
• Assist in building media plans and contribute to lead‑generation, e‑commerce and brand‑awareness initiatives.

Required profile

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and online advertising.
• Strong analytical mindset and comfort working with numbers.
• Good communication and teamwork abilities.
• Eagerness to learn, experiment and take ownership of tasks.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Experience with at least one paid‑media platform (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.).
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as GA4, Google Tag Manager and Meta Pixel.
• Proficiency in spreadsheet tools (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Knowledge of e‑commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce (optional).
• Use of AI marketing tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) for copy or optimisation.
