Junior Maintenance Engineer (M/F/D)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Maintenance Engineer to join our production team. You will support preventive and corrective maintenance activities across a wide range of equipment, ensuring reliability and safety in an industrial environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform simple preventive maintenance tasks following standard procedures and schedules.
• Assist in preparing and executing preventive maintenance on electrotechnical, automated, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic equipment, as well as PLCs, robots and manipulators.
• Diagnose and resolve basic breakdowns under supervision, documenting interventions and proposing improvements.
• Participate in 5S workplace organization and QRQC (Quick Response Quality Control) activities.
• Update maintenance logs to guarantee traceability of all actions.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or degree in engineering, mechatronics, or a related field.
• Interest in learning advanced maintenance techniques and automation technologies.
• Ability to work in a team, follow procedures and communicate findings clearly.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of electrotechnical systems.
• Familiarity with mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic equipment.
• Understanding of programmable logic controllers (PLCs), robots and manipulators.
