Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Junior Graphic Designer to join our inbound marketing team. The role focuses on producing high‑quality visual assets for websites, landing pages, social media, email campaigns, ads, webinars, ebooks and other digital marketing channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design marketing creatives for inbound campaigns, including social media posts, LinkedIn banners, email graphics, blog images, website banners, landing page visuals, webinar assets, ebooks, case studies and ad creatives.
• Support SEO, content marketing, lead generation, newsletters, paid campaigns and product promotions with visual assets.
• Maintain clean, modern, brand‑consistent designs that improve engagement, readability and conversions.
• Collaborate with writers, marketers, developers and campaign managers to understand requirements and deliver on time.
• Leverage AI design tools for image generation, background removal, layout ideas, visual references, creative variations, resizing and concept development.
• Use design automation tools and templates to reduce repetitive work and accelerate turnaround.
• Create conversion‑focused landing page visuals, hero banners, CTA sections, lead magnets and supporting graphics.
• Produce social media creatives for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube thumbnails and other channels.
• Prepare ad creatives in multiple sizes for Google Display, LinkedIn, Meta and remarketing campaigns.
• Develop visual assets for ebooks, whitepapers, reports, presentations and downloadable materials.
• Resize, adapt and repurpose creatives across formats while ensuring brand consistency.

Required profile

• 3 to 5 years of graphic design experience, preferably in digital/inbound marketing, SaaS, IT services or an agency environment.
• Strong understanding of inbound marketing design requirements, lead generation and conversion‑focused visuals.
• Ability to work closely with cross‑functional teams and meet tight deadlines.
