Junior Designer – Wovens & Knits

About the role

We are seeking a creative Junior Designer – Wovens & Knits to join our design team in Lower Parel, Mumbai. The role supports the development of seasonal menswear collections, focusing on shirts and T‑shirts, and bridges design, product development and sample coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing seasonal shirt and T‑shirt collections.
• Research fashion trends, fabrics, colors, trims, graphics and silhouettes.
• Prepare mood boards, design presentations and technical sketches.
• Coordinate sample development with vendors and internal teams.
• Track sample approvals, revisions and comments.
• Create and maintain product masters, style codes, BOMs and specification sheets.
• Update product information across internal systems.
• Maintain design trackers, development calendars and launch timelines.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Marketing and Retail teams.
• Support photoshoots and collection presentations.

Required profile

• Degree or diploma in Fashion Design (NIFT, Pearl Academy or equivalent preferred).
• 1–4 years of experience in fashion design or product development.
• Passion for contemporary menswear and apparel design.
