Junior Customer Support Representative

About the role

Hitech, a provider of engineering, BIM and business process solutions with delivery centers in India and offices in the USA, UK and other regions, is hiring a Junior Customer Support Representative for its growing BPM vertical. The role works on a menu data verification project for one of its clients, is full-time and office-based in Ahmedabad.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client calls: attend inbound calls or make outbound calls and give accurate information, guidance and support.
• Resolve client queries and complaints by understanding the issue and providing suitable solutions; escalate complex issues to senior teams when needed.
• Maintain call quality and professionalism by following communication guidelines, scripts and company standards.
• Provide product and service information and educate customers when required.
• Work in shifts, including rotational shifts, weekends or night shifts depending on the process.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, preferably in BPM, data verification or research projects.
• Graduate in any discipline.
• Local candidate from Ahmedabad ready to join immediately.
• Quick learner able to work independently and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Internet-based research.
