Junior Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Junior Community Manager to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, understands online community dynamics, and can grow engagement organically across platforms such as Reddit and Facebook Groups.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and expand communities on Reddit, Facebook Groups, and other relevant platforms.
• Develop and execute strategies to boost community participation, retention, and organic growth.
• Create and moderate authentic discussions, posts, polls, announcements, and events.
• Monitor conversations, sentiment, and trends, responding promptly to questions and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with members, moderators, and group administrators.
• Track community metrics and share insights with marketing, content, product, and other internal teams.
• Plan and run community campaigns, AMAs, contests, and other engagement activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 + year experience in community management, social media, or customer engagement.
• Hands‑on experience with Reddit and Facebook Groups; strong Reddit experience preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle feedback, criticism, and conflicts professionally.
• Proactive, creative, and able to work independently.
