Junior Architect

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Architect to join our Srinagar studio. The role involves supporting senior architects across all design phases, from concept development to construction documentation and site coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing architectural concepts and design proposals.
• Prepare architectural drawings, working drawings, and construction documentation.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D models for design presentations.
• Conduct site analysis, documentation, and site visits.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, contractors, and project teams.
• Prepare presentation materials for client meetings and internal reviews.
• Support project planning, documentation, and execution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
• 1–3 years of professional experience in architectural practice.
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles, space planning, and construction documentation.
• Good understanding of building materials and construction practices.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and eager to learn.
