Junior Accountant – EMEA Controllership

About the role

The EMEA Controllership Junior Accountant supports the financial close, statutory and group audits, and regulatory reporting for Kenvue’s entities across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Working in a hybrid setting from Prague, the role assists senior controllership staff in ensuring compliance and accurate financial statements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and provide documentation, listings, schedules and reconciliations for statutory and group audit requirements.
• Coordinate with finance teams to ensure timely submission of audit deliverables.
• Support the preparation and review of statutory financial statements and corporate income tax filings.
• Validate financial information used in statutory and regulatory reports and review reporting packages from external providers.
• Prepare and submit statistical reports in line with regulatory deadlines.
• Assist in reviewing trial balances for both US GAAP and local statutory reporting.

Required profile

• Junior‑level accounting background, preferably with experience in audit support.
• Familiarity with statutory financial statement preparation and corporate tax filing processes.
• Understanding of US GAAP and local statutory reporting requirements.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multiple finance teams across the EMEA region.
