Jewellery Sales Executive – Retail Showroom

About the role

We are seeking a confident, customer‑focused Jewellery Sales Executive to join our showroom team in Bhopal. You will guide customers through product selections, build lasting relationships, and help achieve monthly sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understanding their preferences and budget.
• Explain jewellery designs, gemstones, diamonds, gold purity, pricing and product features.
• Present suitable jewellery pieces, recommend alternatives, and handle enquiries, quotations and sales conversions.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets while maintaining strong customer relationships.
• Process billing, orders, exchanges and related documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with inventory and billing teams regarding product availability.
• Maintain attractive product displays and stay updated on new collections, offers, market trends and competitor products.

Required profile

• Graduate or 12th pass; jewellery or fashion retail experience preferred.
• 1–5 years of experience in jewellery, luxury retail or showroom sales.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Presentable, confident, customer‑oriented personality with a target‑driven mindset.
• Basic computer knowledge.
