Java Software Engineer (Java + AWS)

About the role

Deloitte India is looking for a skilled Java Software Engineer with hands‑on experience in AWS to design, develop, and deploy scalable backend applications. You will join the Analytics and Information Management practice, working on cloud‑native solutions for clients across various industries.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Java‑based applications using Spring Boot and micro‑service architecture.
• Design, implement, and deploy cloud‑native solutions on AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, etc.).
• Build robust RESTful APIs and micro‑services that meet performance, scalability, and security standards.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional, agile teams to deliver high‑quality software.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline creation and DevOps practices to ensure smooth releases.

Required profile

• B.E/B.Tech degree in Engineering or related field.
• Proven experience as a Java developer with exposure to AWS services.
• Familiarity with REST API development and cloud‑based deployments.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
