Java Developer (Tue - Sat)

About the role

The ideal candidate will support Customer ID & Profile Core, handling monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and application enhancements while collaborating across teams.

Key responsibilities

• Perform rapid intake, triage, and prioritization of alerts, tickets, and incidents, acting as Incident Owner during high‑severity events.
• Execute root‑cause isolation across application, middleware, APIs, data, and infrastructure layers, using observability platforms to restore service quickly.
• Develop new features, enhancements, and bug fixes for enterprise Java applications.
• Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Database, Network, Security, QA, and vendor partners to resolve problems and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and situational analysis skills for production support.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Flexibility to learn new technologies and curiosity about system behavior.

Required skills

• Java (expertise in Java 25 and enterprise development).
• Python and Python frameworks.
• Cloud ETL platforms (e.g., AWS Glue, Apache Spark).
• AWS services (Lambda, DynamoDB, etc.).
• Web services: SOAP, REST, Web APIs.
• Message‑broker integration and event‑driven architectures.
• Observability tools for monitoring, logging, metrics, and tracing.
• Git version control.
• Nice‑to‑have: FastAPI, Amazon Neptune.NET.
