IT Support Engineer (L1) – Immediate Joiner – Ahmedabad

About the role

We are looking for a proactive L1 IT Support Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad immediately. The role focuses on delivering first‑line desktop and server support, managing the helpdesk, and ensuring smooth operation of a wide range of IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Resolve assigned desktop issues and perform routine maintenance.
• Provide end‑user support and manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot applications such as Autodesk AutoCAD.
• Administer Windows 10/11 workstations and Windows Server 2012‑2022 environments.
• Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP and DNS records.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, Outlook, and Office 365 issues.
• Manage SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure, Intune, and related cloud services.
• Handle LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi AP configurations, printer setups, and email account provisioning.
• Perform backup operations using Veeam, Acronis and cloud backup solutions.
• Support virtualization (Hyper‑V), firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall, Sophos), video‑conferencing and CCTV systems.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and suggest process improvements.
• Document asset inventory and maintain accurate records.

Required profile

• Immediate availability to join.
• Minimum 6 years of relevant IT support experience.
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE, MCP, MCITP, MCSA, CCNA.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑focused attitude.
