About the role
SS Consulting, a global advisory and management consulting firm, is seeking an IT Recruiter to support its growing portfolio of startups, IT SMEs, product companies, and Global In‑house Centers. The role focuses on end‑to‑end recruitment, balancing both IT and non‑IT hiring needs while ensuring the right talent fit.
Key responsibilities
- Manage full‑cycle IT recruitment, including 30% non‑IT hiring.
- Source, headhunt and screen candidates using platforms such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
- Interpret complex job requirements and identify suitable talent.
- Coordinate with clients and maintain clear communication throughout the hiring process.
- Handle multiple requisitions simultaneously.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT recruitment or staffing.
- Prior experience in corporate IT recruitment or consulting/offshore/GIC environments is preferred.
- Strong ability to understand and translate detailed hiring requirements.
