IT & Non‑IT Recruiter (Remote, India)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team on a remote basis in India. The role focuses on sourcing, attracting and hiring top‑tier professionals for both IT and non‑IT positions across a range of white‑collar domains.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring needs.
• Source qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking events and direct outreach.
• Screen candidates for technical competencies, cultural fit and overall alignment.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from posting to onboarding, including interview scheduling, offer negotiation and documentation.
• Maintain accurate data in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal processes.
• Stay updated on tech hiring trends, compensation benchmarks and talent sourcing strategies.
• Build and nurture a pipeline of passive and active candidates for current and future openings.
• Represent the company brand positively at every candidate touchpoint.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of experience recruiting for IT and non‑IT roles, preferably in professional services.
• Strong understanding of technical job titles and terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Experience with ATS platforms.
• Proficiency using recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Shine, Weekday, Apna and Work India.
