IT Help Desk Apprentice – Entry Level

About the role

We are seeking a motivated fresh graduate to join our IT Help Desk Apprenticeship program. You will gain hands‑on experience supporting end‑users, managing Active Directory, and learning core networking concepts within a fast‑paced banking technology environment.

Key responsibilities

• Take ownership of customer‑reported issues and see them through to resolution.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network problems using best practices.
• Assist with Active Directory account creation, modification, and de‑provisioning.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and standard operating procedures.
• Participate in rotational shifts, on‑call rotations, and operational support as required.

Required profile

• Recent IT graduate or post‑graduate residing in or near Navi Mumbai.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a customer‑focused team.
• Willingness to learn new technical domains quickly and share knowledge.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of Help Desk processes.
• Familiarity with Active Directory management.
• Understanding of networking fundamentals.
• Interest in IT documentation.
• Desirable certifications: MCSE, CCNA or equivalent.
