IT Engineer – Automation & Integration

About the role

MoonPay is seeking an IT Engineer to develop automations and system integrations across core business platforms, supporting its high‑velocity crypto value‑movement operating system.

Key responsibilities

• Build, support and monitor applications within the Corporate Services portfolio.
• Develop and maintain custom applications on the iPaaS platform to automate workstreams.
• Manage authentication (Okta) and collaboration services (GSuite, Slack, Zoom) as well as iPaaS tools (Workato, Fivetrans).
• Define and document IT engineering best practices, policies, standard operating procedures and playbooks.
• Lead incident response, act as escalation point for the IT organization, and improve IT systems and controls.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience administering JAMF, Okta, GSuite or similar systems.
• Proven ability to prioritize projects and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and strong troubleshooting abilities.

• JAMF, Okta, GSuite administration
• Workato, Fivetrans (iPaaS) platforms
• Scripting with Bash, Python, PowerShell
• SQL and basic data‑warehousing concepts
• Cloud platforms (GCP, AWS) and IaC with Terraform
• SIEM tools such as Datadog, Splunk, Google Chronicle
• HTML, CSS and web‑related protocols
