Inventory Associate

About the role
The Inventory Associate will join J Brrothers LLC in Ahmedabad, overseeing the company’s inventory processes to ensure accurate stock records and optimal inventory levels. This full‑time, on‑site position supports both internal operations and external supplier coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor stock levels and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Update and maintain inventory data in the company’s management system.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely deliveries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with customer service inquiries related to stock availability.
- Support the warehouse and retail teams in organizing and locating items.
Required profile
- Experience in inventory control, inventory management, or related supply‑chain roles.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certifications in inventory management are a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with inventory management software.
- Competent use of the Microsoft Office Suite.
