Inventory Accountant – Warehouse & Finance

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory Accountant to manage warehouse accounting and inventory records. The role involves maintaining accurate stock data, performing regular physical verification, and ensuring proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and physical stock verification.
• Perform stock reconciliation and identify discrepancies.
• Handle and maintain records related to Goods Receipt Note (GRN).
• Track and reconcile Return to Origin (RTO) inventory.
• Record warehouse‑related transactions in Tally.
• Maintain inward and outward stock records.
• Coordinate with warehouse and accounts teams for inventory‑related issues.
• Prepare inventory and stock reports as required.
• Assist in month‑end stock reconciliation and reporting.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in warehouse accounting or inventory management.
• Practical knowledge of Tally, inventory counting, GRN, RTO, and physical stock verification.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to reconcile discrepancies.
