Intune Analyst – System Administrator

About the role

The Analyst – System Administrator will manage and secure enterprise endpoints using Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and SCCM Operating System Deployment. You will ensure seamless device provisioning, application deployment, and compliance across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android platforms while collaborating with IT and security teams.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and manage Microsoft Intune for MDM/MAM across Windows, iOS, Android, and macOS devices.
• Configure compliance policies, security baselines, Conditional Access, and integrate Intune with Azure AD.
• Design and implement Windows Autopilot deployment profiles for zero‑touch provisioning and manage device enrollment workflows.
• Create and maintain SCCM OSD task sequences, WIM images, drivers, and boot media; integrate SCCM with Intune for co‑management.
• Apply security configurations, encryption policies, and endpoint protection to meet organizational and regulatory standards.
• Develop PowerShell scripts for automation, reporting, and documentation of processes.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and SCCM OSD.
• Strong knowledge of security policies, encryption, and endpoint protection.
• Ability to automate tasks and generate reports using PowerShell.
• Collaborative mindset to work with IT and security teams.
