International Voice Agent - UK Insurance

About the role

Gratitude India is hiring an International Voice agent in Mumbai to support customers in the UK insurance process. Candidates with experience in the international insurance domain and strong English communication skills are sought. UK or US insurance experience, including chat or email support, is welcome if the candidate is comfortable moving to a voice process.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customer service to existing insurance customers.
• Handle customer queries by voice and, when needed, by email.
• Follow communication scripts, canned responses and email templates.
• Manage a high volume of customer queries and concerns.
• Maintain service quality and follow process guidelines.
• Work in rotational UK shifts as required.

Required profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 1 to 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong English communication skills are mandatory.
• International insurance experience is required; UK or US insurance experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of retirements, pensions or life insurance is an advantage.
• Candidates with chat/email support experience may apply if comfortable with voice support.
• PAN and date of birth are required for profile creation.
• Ex-TCS employees cannot apply.
