About the role
Accord Hire is hiring a Delegate Acquisition Executive in Mira Road East, Mumbai, for a full-time position. It is an entry-level to junior role focused on acquiring delegates for business conferences through outbound communication and consistent follow-ups. The opening is for 20 positions, with a salary of 18,000 to 40,000 rupees per month and a notice period of immediate to 30 days.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct cold calls to invite delegates for conferences
- Maintain and manage contact databases
- Send official invitations and follow-ups
- Handle objections and escalate when required
- Maintain daily call reports and follow-up schedules
- Work closely with the team to achieve targets
Required profile
- Fresher to 1 year of experience
- Graduate or postgraduate qualification
- Immediate to 30-day notice period
