International Sales Executive – Diamond Jewelry (UK/Europe/UAE)

About the role

The International Sales Executive will be based in Surat and will drive B2B sales of natural and lab‑grown diamond jewellery across the UK, Europe and the UAE. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on generating leads, presenting quotes and closing orders to meet monthly revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage retailers and distributors in target markets through outbound calls, email and messaging platforms.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, negotiate pricing and contracts, and secure orders.
• Manage the sales pipeline, track metrics and report on market trends.
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Attend trade events and collaborate with marketing on promotional activities.
• Maintain strong, long‑term client relationships across multiple time zones.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury goods or related manufacturing.
• Strong negotiation, contract management and relationship‑building abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; additional languages (French, German, Italian, Spanish, Urdu) are a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, international trade or equivalent professional experience.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work across different time zones.
