International Operations Manager – Travel

About the role

We are seeking an International Operations Manager to own the “messy middle” of travel – the critical phase between a confirmed booking and the client’s safe arrival. Based in Delhi, you will lead the execution of high‑value international itineraries, manage global vendor networks and ensure service excellence for luxury and VIP travelers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and scale the international operations team, driving consistent performance and quality.
• Manage relationships with Destination Management Companies, airlines and hotel partners, negotiating contracts and optimizing pricing.
• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of complex itineraries, from confirmation through to completion.
• Control service level agreements, resolve failures and coordinate emergency response for high‑value bookings.
• Track execution KPIs, cancellations and refund ratios to maintain operational accountability.
• Ensure compliance with visa regulations, airline policies and travel advisories across all bookings.
• Drive process automation, SOP enhancements and quality benchmarks.
• Achieve quarterly and annual targets for international execution excellence.

Required profile

• Graduate or postgraduate degree in Travel, Hospitality or Operations Management.
• 5–8 years of experience in international travel operations, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in global supplier management and crisis handling.
• Strong analytical mindset with ability to read and manage P&L statements.
