International Business Development Executive

About the role

WTS TechX, an early‑stage AI‑powered technology startup, is looking for an International Business Development Executive to help scale its client base worldwide. You will work directly with the founder to identify new opportunities, build relationships with decision‑makers, and drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential clients and industries across global markets.
• Generate qualified leads using LinkedIn, email outreach, referrals and networking.
• Engage founders, CEOs and other decision‑makers via calls, emails, DMs and virtual meetings.
• Understand client needs and present appropriate WTS TechX solutions.
• Follow up prospects, convert them into long‑term customers and maintain pipeline records.
• Record simple product demos, service explainers and client conversations for social media (training provided).
• Collaborate closely with the founder to refine acquisition strategies and support business growth.

Required profile

• Excellent English communication skills.
• Confidence presenting in online meetings and webinars.
• Strong research, networking and relationship‑building abilities.
• Comfortable using LinkedIn and email for outbound outreach.
• Interest in technology, AI, SaaS and startup environments.
• Self‑driven, proactive and ready to take ownership of results.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn for lead generation.
• Effective written and verbal communication in English.
