International Business Development Executive

About the role

We are looking for an International Business Development Executive to drive new revenue for Jobin & Jismi’s Oracle NetSuite, eCommerce and related cloud solutions. Based in Chalakkudy, you will focus on identifying and nurturing opportunities across targeted regions and industries.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify high‑potential sectors and geographic markets.
• Generate and qualify leads through prospecting, outreach and networking.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision‑makers and influencers.
• Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals and product demonstrations in collaboration with technical and delivery teams.
• Manage the sales pipeline, update CRM records and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Coordinate with marketing, presales and project teams to align outreach strategies and support negotiations.
• Facilitate smooth hand‑over from opportunity to implementation, meeting defined business‑development targets.

Required profile

• Proven experience in international business development, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, ERP or eCommerce.
• Strong market‑research and lead‑generation capabilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with international stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing or related field; MBA is a plus.
