International Account Manager

About the role

Amitek Infra P Ltd is seeking an International Account Manager to lead and expand relationships with its overseas clients. Based in Jaipur, this full‑time position will serve as the primary point of contact for all account matters, ensuring high‑quality service delivery across multiple infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and grow relationships with international clients, acting as their main liaison.
• Coordinate project requirements, prepare proposals and quotations, and monitor contract performance.
• Ensure timely delivery of services by collaborating with operations, finance, and project‑management teams.
• Communicate regularly with overseas clients via email, phone, and virtual meetings.
• Track key account metrics, proactively address client issues, and identify upselling or cross‑selling opportunities.
• Support compliance with company policies and international business standards.

Required profile

• Strong client relationship management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Business development experience in international markets, including proposal preparation and commercial negotiations.
• Excellent verbal and written English; additional languages are a plus.
• Solid organizational abilities to handle multiple accounts and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, International Trade or related field; MBA is advantageous.
• Proven experience in account management or international sales, preferably within infrastructure or engineering.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jaipur, adapt to different cultures, and work flexible hours for global time zones.

Required skills

• Proficiency with office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Experience using CRM or account‑management software.
• Basic data analysis for reporting and forecasting.
