Internal Audit – Bangalore

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Audit professional to join a leading Big 4 firm in Bangalore. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality audit engagements, assessing risk, and ensuring compliance across various business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and report on internal audit assignments covering O2C, P2P, R2R and MTD cycles.
• Identify control gaps, recommend improvements and follow up on remediation actions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and assess inherent risks.
• Prepare audit work‑papers, findings and management reports in line with firm standards.

Required profile

• CA or Semi‑CA qualification (mandatory).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in internal audit.
• Strong knowledge of business process cycles such as Order‑to‑Cash, Procure‑to‑Pay, Record‑to‑Report and Month‑to‑Date.
• Exposure to industries like D2C, Q‑commerce, manufacturing or retail is preferred.

Required skills

• Understanding of risk and compliance frameworks.
