Interior Site Supervisor

About the role

Studio Inside Out is seeking a full‑time Interior Site Supervisor to manage on‑site activities for interior fit‑out projects in Vadodara. You will ensure that all interior work aligns with design drawings, specifications, and quality standards while maintaining a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day site activities and coordinate with contractors, vendors, and design teams.
• Monitor progress against project timelines and resolve on‑site issues promptly.
• Conduct regular inspections, verify material quality and installation workmanship.
• Enforce safety practices and ensure compliance with site regulations.
• Maintain clear documentation, provide status reports to stakeholders, and support smooth handover of completed spaces.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising interior fit‑out or architectural sites, including civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and finishing work.
• Strong understanding of interior drawings, technical details, materials, and workmanship standards.
• Ability to manage schedules, track progress, and handle multiple contractors and vendors.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with designers, clients, and execution teams.
• Attention to detail, problem‑solving mindset, and commitment to quality and safety.
• Diploma or degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in Vadodara or similar markets is an advantage.
