Integration Project Manager

About the role

The Integration Project Manager is responsible for delivering infrastructure solutions that meet architectural specifications and GTS standards. This role blends IT service management, client relationship handling, and technical coordination in a fast‑changing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple integration projects in parallel, coordinating with application development teams and various support groups (system engineers, network admins, DBAs, security, etc.).
• Analyze requirements, set realistic deadlines, and act as the primary interface between GTS technical teams, solution architects, consultants, and business‑side project managers.
• Provision infrastructure using automation tools or ticketing processes, including server creation, software installation, and basic configuration on Linux, Windows, and AIX platforms.
• Perform disaster‑recovery tests, advise clients on procedural steps before go‑live, and ensure all components are correctly documented in internal tracking systems.
• Participate in cost and time estimation activities and continuously monitor project progress across 7‑10 concurrent initiatives.

Required profile

• 1‑5 years of project‑management experience with an agile mindset.
• Strong interest in hardware infrastructure, enterprise architecture, IT service management, cloud automation, and virtualization.
• Ability to understand technical issues, identify the right experts, and communicate effectively with both clients and technical contributors.
• Capacity to manage several projects simultaneously and proactively address obstacles.
