Integration Engineer (Mulesoft / Any Integration tool)

About the role

Reveleer is seeking a Data Engineering – Integration Engineer to support and continuously improve its MuleSoft‑based integration and data onboarding ecosystem. The role focuses on production support, incident resolution, and ongoing enhancements for integrations serving health‑plan and provider customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide 24x7 rotational on‑call support for MuleSoft integrations, APIs, and data pipelines, handling incidents, root‑cause analysis, and post‑incident reporting.
• Monitor and troubleshoot AWS S3 bucket activity, message queues (SQS, Anypoint MQ, Kafka/JMS), and integration health using Anypoint Monitoring, CloudWatch, or similar tools.
• Maintain runbooks, manage support tickets in Jira, and ensure SLA compliance.
• Enhance existing MuleSoft flows and DataWeave transformations for performance and reliability.
• Develop automation scripts (Node.js/TypeScript, Python) and dashboards for pipeline health and SLA tracking.
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline maintenance (Bitbucket Pipelines, Maven) and collaborate with product, QA, and data teams.

Required profile

• Proven production L2–L3 support experience for integration or data platforms with 24x7 on‑call coverage.
• Strong SQL troubleshooting and data validation skills.
• Hands‑on experience with AWS S3 and related troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with incident/ticket management tools (Jira, ServiceNow) and monitoring solutions.
• Experience supporting MuleSoft Anypoint Platform (Mule 4.x) applications in CloudHub.
