Integrated Designer (Beauty + AI)

About the role

Brandtech+ is looking for a visionary Integrated Designer with deep experience in the beauty and skincare sector. Working remotely, you will help shape a Europe‑wide eCommerce Content Factory that blends automation, AI, and creative design to set new digital standards for online beauty experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Take digital, print and social content projects from brief to completion while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Produce high‑volume adaptations that ensure compliance, consistency and competitiveness across eCommerce touchpoints.
• Monitor output quality, accuracy and consistency, and proactively suggest creative improvements.
• Create inspiring content by repurposing, reformatting assets and generating fresh concepts.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
• Lead the development of creative output, integrating automation and AI tools.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, researching branding and marketing developments.

Required profile

• Proven experience in beauty and fashion brands (must).
• Solid e‑commerce design background.
• 5+ years in an advertising or creative agency.
• Strong client‑facing skills and ability to influence decisions.
• Excellent project‑management capabilities, handling multiple projects simultaneously.
