About the role
We are looking for an Insurance Sales Executive who will work as a telecaller handling both digital and outbound sales calls. The role focuses on engaging customers, explaining insurance products, and converting leads into sales while building lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Handle digital and outbound sales calls to prospective customers.
- Interact with customers to understand their insurance needs.
- Explain insurance products clearly and confidently.
- Convert leads into sales and earn unlimited incentives.
- Maintain positive customer relationships.
Required profile
- Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Good thought process and sales aptitude.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or sales is an advantage.
- Graduates and HSC‑passed candidates can apply.
- Freshers are welcome.
Required skills
What we offer
- Freshers: INR 16,000 in‑hand (CTC 2.53 LPA).
- Experienced: up to INR 18,000 in‑hand (CTC 2.75 LPA) plus unlimited incentives.
- Working hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM, 6 days a week, Sunday off.
