Institutional Sales Representative

About the role

YungUnitee is looking for an enthusiastic Institutional Sales Representative to drive B2B partnerships with colleges, universities and training institutes. You will be the bridge between our global education platform and Indian institutions, helping students access international programmes and career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and negotiate partnerships with colleges, universities and other educational institutions.
• Conduct campus visits, seminars, workshops and presentations to showcase YungUnitee’s offerings.
• Generate leads, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Track market trends and propose new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B, institutional or EdTech sales.
• Experience or familiarity with the higher‑education sector is preferred.
• Graduation required.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and campus visits.
• Target‑driven, confident and self‑motivated.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
