Institutional Sales Representative - B2B

About the role

YungUnitee is looking for an enthusiastic Institutional Sales Representative to drive B2B partnerships with colleges, universities and other educational institutions. You will be the bridge between our global education platform and Indian campuses, helping students access international certifications, top‑university programs and career pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, approach and secure partnerships with colleges, universities and training institutes.
• Conduct campus visits, seminars, workshops and presentations to generate leads.
• Negotiate partnership terms, manage the sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly enrollment targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
• Continuously explore new markets and partnership opportunities to expand YungUnitee’s footprint.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B, institutional or EdTech sales.
• Prior exposure to colleges, universities or training institutes is a plus.
• Graduation degree required.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and campus visits.
• Target‑driven, confident and self‑motivated.

• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
