Inside Sales Specialist & Tour Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Specialist & Tour Coordinator to join our growing travel company. The role combines tele‑calling, sales of domestic and international holiday packages and on‑ground tour management, offering a varied and client‑focused experience.

Key responsibilities

• Contact warm leads by phone, understand travel needs and present tailored holiday packages.
• Maintain client relationships from initial inquiry through booking and post‑trip follow‑up.
• Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and local vendors to arrange itineraries.
• Act as Tour Manager on‑site when required, overseeing group schedules, logistics and client satisfaction.
• Handle last‑minute changes or issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate with a degree in Travel & Tourism or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Calm under pressure and able to solve problems quickly.
• Willingness to travel and work on‑site during peak tour periods.

Required skills

• Familiarity with travel CRM systems.
• Experience using itinerary‑building software.
• Proficiency with basic office software (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets).
