Inside Sales Associate (1-2 Years Experience)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Associate to join our remote sales team. The role focuses on generating and qualifying sales opportunities through outbound cold calling, follow‑ups, and customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers and follow up on inbound/marketing leads.
• Identify customer requirements, qualify opportunities and maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Communicate with customers via calls, emails and digital channels, presenting suitable products and solutions.
• Schedule meetings or product demos, share basic product information and coordinate with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM, update lead status and prepare basic sales activity reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (technical background is a plus).
• 1+ year of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation or a similar customer‑facing role.
• Fluent verbal communication in English and Hindi.
• Target‑oriented, self‑motivated with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with CRM tools.
