Infrastructure Trainer (Learning Experience Expert)

About the role

You will join the Global Services Delivery Center Enablement Team, providing scalable, best‑in‑class services to organisations, System Integrators and Customer Process Experience partners to accelerate the deployment of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform. The role focuses on enabling employees and partners through classroom and virtual training, with occasional worldwide travel.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver up‑to‑date training on cutting‑edge 3DEXPERIENCE and PLM technologies to partners and internal teams.
• Conduct classroom sessions, live virtual workshops and travel internationally when required.
• Prepare and provide training materials, mentoring and knowledge support to become a top‑performing trainer.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience deploying the 3DEXPERIENCE platform or other PLM solutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication, analytical and logical skills.
• Willingness to travel worldwide for training delivery.
• Working knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL Server databases.
• Familiarity with Apache and TomEE application server configuration.
• Experience administering Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Knowledge of 3DEXPERIENCE upgrade, migration, administration and installation is a plus.
