Indirect Procurement Buyer – MRO & Capex

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Indirect Buyer to lead sourcing for Maintenance, Repair & Operations (MRO) and Capital Expenditure (Capex) categories. The role focuses on creating value through strategic sourcing, cost‑effective solutions, and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for MRO and Capex categories to generate long‑term value.
• Float RFQs, manage e‑bidding, negotiate and finalize supplier contracts while ensuring compliance with Bosch Home Comfort procurement policies.
• Track purchase orders, communicate order status to user teams, and maintain comprehensive purchasing records.
• Conduct market research and supplier analysis to establish ARC and AMC agreements, and monitor contract performance.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of experience as an indirect buyer, preferably handling MRO, Capex, ARC and AMC procurement.
• Strong understanding of procurement processes, compliance, and cost‑building methodologies.
• Proven ability to work with cross‑functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
