Inbound Logistics Specialist – ABS & ESP

About the role

Join Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd as an Inbound Logistics Specialist supporting the ABS and ESP product lines. You will oversee the end‑to‑end flow of parts from suppliers to the plant, ensuring smooth operations in both inbound and outbound logistics.

Key responsibilities

• Manage receiving, inwarding, put‑away, storage and issue of parts, including operations in external warehouses.
• Lead a team of contract labour, handling work allocation, line balancing and on‑the‑job training.
• Coordinate inbound transport, freight bill verification and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics service providers.
• Perform stock accounting tasks such as cycle counts, analysis and reconciliations.
• Create and maintain BOMs and material master data in SAP.
• Oversee outbound logistics activities including shipping and billing, and coordinate with production planning and customers.

Required profile

• B.E./B.Tech graduate.
• 3–5 years of experience in logistics or stores management.
• Proven ability to achieve KPIs and work with SAP.

Required skills

• SAP (including material master and BOM creation).
• Warehouse management and inbound transport coordination.
• Stock accounting and cycle‑count procedures.
• Freight bill verification.
