Inbound Executive – Maintenance Spares & Consumables

About the role

The Inbound Executive will manage the receipt, verification, storage and issue of maintenance spares and consumables, ensuring accurate inventory records and compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and verify spares and consumables against purchase orders and supporting documents, checking quantity, description and condition.
• Create Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) in SAP after verification and maintain up‑to‑date store records.
• Store items in designated locations with proper identification, traceability and 5S housekeeping.
• Issue materials against approved requests, maintaining complete documentation.
• Conduct regular stock verification, reconciliation and support periodic cycle counts and physical inventories.
• Monitor stock levels, report shortages, damaged or non‑conforming items and coordinate with maintenance, procurement, quality and finance teams.
• Ensure compliance with store SOPs, company safety policies and applicable ISO requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance spares and consumables management or inventory control.
• Bachelor’s degree; postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM/GRN processes and store operations.
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.
