About the role

ORNAZ is seeking a confident, polished and customer‑focused In‑Store Sales Associate to join its Gurgaon boutique. As the first point of contact for shoppers, you will create a warm and seamless experience, showcase the brand’s jewellery collections and drive sales while building lasting relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and engage walk‑in customers in a professional and attentive manner.
• Understand customer preferences, budgets and recommend suitable jewellery pieces.
• Present and explain ORNAZ’s designs, materials and product details.
• Guide customers through the purchase journey and handle sales conversations confidently.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, following up on enquiries and potential sales.
• Maintain a polished and organized appearance of front‑of‑store and customer‑facing areas.
• Address customer queries and coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth experience.
• Achieve individual and store‑level sales targets.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, showroom or customer‑facing sales.
• Experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, beauty or premium retail is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well‑groomed, confident and comfortable interacting with customers.
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to build trust and convert enquiries.
• Professional, service‑oriented attitude.
• Open to candidates of all genders.
