About the role
Skylink is seeking an In‑charge of Stores, Security & Admin to oversee material handling, security operations and administrative functions at its Coimbatore facility. The role ensures smooth inventory management, a safe workplace and efficient office coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, store and issue materials; maintain accurate inventory records in manual registers or ERP system.
- Conduct periodic stock verification, report discrepancies and coordinate replenishment with the purchase team.
- Supervise security personnel, manage duty rosters and monitor entry/exit of employees, visitors and vendors.
- Maintain visitor logs, record security incidents and coordinate emergency response.
- Handle general administrative duties, maintain records and compliance documents, and liaise with HR, Accounts and Operations.
- Support facility management, housekeeping and vendor coordination while ensuring adherence to company policies.
Required profile
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred).
- 2–5 years of experience in stores, security or admin roles, preferably within an ISP, telecom or industrial environment.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when handling company assets.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Experience using ERP systems for inventory management.
