Import Export Executive – Documentation (Raipur)

About the role

As an Import Export Executive you will oversee the import and export operations of the company, managing shipments and coordinating with customs authorities. The role also involves ensuring all documentation is complete and accurate while working closely with suppliers, freight forwarders and other stakeholders. The Import/Export Executive is responsible for coordinating and facilitating the movement of goods and materials across international borders. This role involves managing the import and export processes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and optimizing logistics to meet business objectives. A Foreign Logistics Executive manages the cross‑border movement of goods, international shipping compliance, and global supply chain operations. You will be expected to stay abreast of import/export laws and regulations. Ensuring all shipments comply with customs requirements is a core part of the job.

Key responsibilities

• Manage import and export processes and shipments.
• Coordinate with customs authorities to ensure compliance.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation for all transactions.
• Collaborate with suppliers and freight forwarders.

Required profile

• Work experience of 2 to 5 years in import/export or logistics.
• CTC salary range of 2.40 LPA to 4.20 LPA.
