Implementation Project Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Implementation Project Manager to lead customer‑facing software implementation projects in Mumbai. The role involves managing delivery, customer relationships, governance, and financial performance to ensure successful outcomes and high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end software implementation projects throughout the lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and delivery milestones.
• Manage scope, risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers and key stakeholders.
• Provide project governance, progress reporting, and status communications.
• Coordinate internal resources, third‑party vendors, and project teams.
• Monitor budgets, forecasts, and overall financial performance.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations and support post‑implementation transition.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience managing software implementation, technology, or enterprise application projects.
• Strong experience working directly with customers and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability in project governance, risk management, and financial oversight.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
