Human Resources Officer – Hotel

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to internal customers at the Hyatt Regency Jaipur Mansarovar. Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, the officer plays a key part in keeping the HR department running efficiently and supporting the hotel’s workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality administrative assistance to internal stakeholders, including handling inquiries, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized records.
• Assist the Director of Human Resources with day‑to‑day departmental tasks such as scheduling, documentation, and coordination of HR activities.
• Ensure that HR files, employee data, and related documentation are accurate, up‑to‑date, and stored in compliance with company policies.
• Support the coordination of employee services, onboarding processes, and internal communications within the hotel environment.

Required profile

• University degree or diploma, preferably in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Previous experience in hotel‑related operational positions is considered a useful benefit.
